Elisabeth Chretien is an Undergraduate Research Assistant who joined the PPC in August 2005. She has worked on many projects for the PPC, including By The People: State of Education, the Citizen Deliberation on Genetically Modified Foods, and the Thomas C. Sorensen Seminar on Rural Policy. Elisabeth received a UCARE grant summer of 2005 through the University of Nebraska Press. In her spare time, Elisabeth enjoys ballet, yoga, hiking, and reading.
