Noel Judd joined the Public Policy Center in August 2005 as a computer specialist. He graduated from UNL with a degree in journalism emphasizing convergence news and photography. Noel changed career plans after paying most of his way through college working for UNL as a computer support technician and being pulled from classes to fix computer problems for his college. His current duties include computers and technology at the PPC and occasional photography work. Most days a search of his person and bag will turn up a cell phone, a palm pilot, a laptop, a digital SLR, miscellaneous cables and caffeinated mints.
