Public Policy Center staff piloted a survey developed by the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality to stakeholders across a spectrum of attitudes and viewpoints, conducted interviews, and compiled a list of recommendations for possible changes to the survey. Center researchers presented their recommendations in a final report.
