This project provided evaluation and consultation assistance for the Mid-South Delta Initiative Project (MSDI), which provided financial and technical assistance resources to 2-1-1s in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Hurricanes Katrina and Rita highlighted the need for scalable statewide 2-1-1s in the Gulf Coast region.
