Victoria Louise Stamadianou joined the Public Policy Center in 2018. Previously, she was the country director for International Alert and managed the Lebanon peacebuilding programme. She earned her B.A. in Social Policy from Panteion University in Athens, Greece and her M.A. in International Development from the University of Manchester in Manchester, UK. She has worked in the Middle East, the UK, the Philippines and Sri Lanka. Her main interests lie in conflict resolution and peacebuilding, INGOs, conflict sensitivity and aid effectiveness, project evaluation, project design and management, clientelism and informal institutions, political participation, power-sharing, natural resources and war economies. Her work at the Center will focus on systems of care and the aware project, which seeks to provide behavioral healthcare for schools.
