NET Speaks to Center Director about Threat Assessment and Prevention

NET News spoke to University of Nebraska Public Policy Center director, Mario Scalora, about threat assessment and prevention. Scalora says, "Ultimately, speaking up and reaching out to someone you trust is the best thing to do." Following a series of recent incidents of violence around the country, a bill that would require a reporting system for potential threats in all the state’s K-12 schools (LB322) is close to a vote in Nebraska.
