Community Roundtable Includes Discussion of Upcoming Lincoln Vital Signs Focus Issue

Earlier this week, at a Community Roundtable presented by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Diversity and Inclusion, Drs. Stacey Hoffman and Janell Walther presented on the upcoming Lincoln Vital Signs Race Equity Focus Issue. Created by the University of Nebraska Public Policy Center and the Lincoln Community Foundation, the upcoming issue looks at race equity in our community.

At the roundtable event, Drs. Hoffman and Walther provided an introduction to the focus issue, speaking about data gathered by the Public Policy Center and how the use of Data Walk events around Lincoln helped provide community input to inform the upcoming focus issue of Lincoln Vital Signs. The report with key findings and data visualizations will not be published until March, but it will include around fifty metrics, including forty which are new to Lincoln Vital Signs.
