For today's staff snapshot, we spoke with Senior Research Manager, Stacey Hoffman, whose work focuses on disaster behavioral health response planning and program management, risk and crisis communication, public health monitoring system evaluation, and community program evaluation.
Q&A with Stacey Hoffman:
- What is something you have learned from your work and collaborations?
I have learned there are a lot of caring people in our community dedicated to improving the lives of others.
- How do you think the Center’s work impacts Nebraskans?
I think we usually have an indirect impact. We work on projects to put programs in place or to evaluate and identify improvements that can be made to existing programs—and it is these programs that are directly working with people to impact their lives for the better.
