Taylor Smith joined the University of Nebraska Public Policy Center in the fall of 2016 as a graduate research assistant helping with multiple reports. Much of his work provides data management and analysis for the Lincoln Vital Signs Reports and the evaluation of a collaborative effort seeking to end chronic homelessness in Lincoln. Taylor received his B.A. in history, and M.P.A. at the University of Nebraska–Omaha, where he is currently working towards his Ph.D. in Public Administration.
